After completing an analysis comparing this clients’ website performance with top competitors, we found they weren’t appearing in nearly as many relevant searches. This is typically caused by two main issues, the first being poor on site SEO for their site’s existing pages. The second, a lower amount of overall content on their website.
To remedy this, we optimized every page of their website, created new evergreen content, and setup an active blog to compete with the competition that was out ranking them. We chose content topics based on the competitions best performing content, discarding low volume content topics. The result was an increase of relevant search terms they appear from 314 keywords to 2,332 keyword phrases.
